       學(xue)(xue)(xue)院遵(zun)循(xun)“以人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben) 知行合(he)一(yi)”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念,圍繞石家莊(zhuang)市主(zhu)導(dao)、新興(xing)產業和地(di)方經濟(ji)社(she)會(hui)發(fa)展需要,堅持以服務為(wei)宗旨(zhi)、以就(jiu)業為(wei)導(dao)向(xiang),走產學(xue)(xue)(xue)研結(jie)合(he)的(de)發(fa)展道路,以培(pei)養(yang)高素質技能型(xing)人(ren)(ren)才為(wei)目標,以校企(qi)合(he)作、工學(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)合(he)、訂單培(pei)養(yang)為(wei)途徑,初步(bu)形(xing)成了符(fu)合(he)社(she)會(hui)需求的(de)“工學(xue)(xue)(xue)輪動,雙育(yu)共贏”人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模式,提升了人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)質量(liang)。
